If shipping on your own account, we may also share your shipping account details, including the associated addresses with the account.

How long we retain your data

To better serve our customers, we keep order information indefinitely, for a minimum or 7 years as per legal requirements, or until a customer request this information be removed. To comply with various laws, we may still maintain a bare minimum of information such as your name and privacy preferences, should you request us to delete any history.

Email communications will be maintained indefinitely, for a minimum of 6 months depending on the nature of the email, until we deem them unnecessary, or until you request we delete them. Minimum retention times are required by law, depending on the nature of the communication.

Personal information, such as your address, phone number, or email, will be retained indefinitely, until updated information is provided, or until we have determined the account to be inactive, or until you request it be removed. If you request your information be removed, we must keep a bare minimum, such as your name and preferences, for the purpose of ensuring your preferences are saved.
